1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Retriever (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Retriever is a marketplace that connects pet owners with pet boarding and daycare facilities. We do not operate any pet resort ourselves. All bookings and agreements are between you and the individual resort. Retriever is not a party to those agreements and is not liable for the services provided by resorts listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

4. Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through Retriever does not guarantee a reservation. The resort must confirm availability and pricing directly with you. Retriever does not process payments and is not responsible for any financial transactions between you and a resort.

5. Resort Listings

Resort information (prices, amenities, availability) is provided by resort owners and may not always be current. Retriever makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information but does not warrant its completeness or accuracy. Always confirm details directly with the resort before your pet's stay.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Impersonate another person or resort

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retriever disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retriever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any interactions with a resort. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
